Featuring Cybex, Precor, HammerStrength, LifeFitness, Matrix, Octane Fitness, FreeMotion, Star Trac, Techno Gym, Nautilus, and tons of free weights. We provide over 60 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, rowing machines, adaptive motion trainers, and stair climbers.

Our staff will remain masked at all times in accordance with CDC guidelines and monitor the club to ensure that social distancing is maintained between members.
Persistent Disinfection
Our club is given a deep clean frequently using strong antimicrobial chemicals and state of the art equipment including the Clorox 360. Our staff diligently monitors members to ensure that machines are fully disinfected after every use.
Protecting the Vulnerable
Seniors and other vulnerable members will be provided a specially designated area to have the option to utilize a specific area of the club away from the other members.

This is a great gym in Sparks. Clean with new equipment, never too packed, even during peak hours. Upstairs cardio equipment with lots of variety. The classes are great, instructors are upbeat and fun.
